Josefina

Many of you know how much Malia loves the story of Kaya. Today Malia started Josefina and I think she likes it. Every day I tell her to read at least one chapter in a book as part of her daily assignments. This, inevitably, turns into her reading the whole book. Once she starts she just can't seem to put the book down. Today she set out to read chapter one of Josefina book one, and she read all of book one, book two, book three, book four, and she is currently reading in bed and almost done with book five.

That's not all she's done today though, she's also done her normal school work and had soccer practice. So far, so good. I think she is really starting to enjoy the sport. Pictures soon!
