Moving

We are moving! It all happened much, much differently than we had planned it. We had planned to buy around August-September and really take our time looking. Instead of just bought, after about 4 days of looking. It's a long (and boring) story, but we're excited to be moving.

The girls will each still have their own room. It has about the same amount of rooms we have here. Kitchen with table area, formal dining room, living room, and 4 (real) bedrooms. I was surprised at how many houses we looked at that didn't have 4 real bedrooms. The 4th would often be off by itself, tiny, and more suited to being an office or guest space. Our house is split- master bedrooms on one side and the three bedrooms and girls bathroom on the other.

The girls are thrilled to be picking out their bedroom designs. I'll post here when we find or make things for their rooms. Malia has decided to do a surf/hawaii/beach theme. Eliana has decided to do a pokemon theme. And Sasha has decided to do a princess theme. We just bought our first thing for Sasha's room yesterday. It is a castle scene painted on an old vintage window. It's pretty cool. If I have to be doing princess stuff, this is how I want to do it. haha.
